Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Manager at Stargold Group, you will be the strategic architect of our product journey. Your mission is to oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management and final distribution. In an organization dealing with a diverse range of home appliances, electronics, and security solutions, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our operational costs are optimized, lead times are minimized, and our supply chain is resilient against market fluctuations. You will lead the effort to scale our operations effectively as the company continues to grow its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to secure high-quality products at competitive prices, ensuring a robust and reliable supplier base.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers and manufacturers, focusing on long-term value and operational reliability.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of existing suppliers to ensure they meet Stargold Group’s quality, safety, and ethical standards.

• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to anticipate shifts in supply and pricing, proactively adjusting procurement plans to mitigate risks.

Operational Efficiency & Planning

• Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes, utilizing historical sales data and market insights to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.

• Manage the integration and synchronization of supply chain activities, including warehousing, transportation, and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

• Implement and refine supply chain KPIs to monitor operational performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Quality Control, to align supply chain capabilities with company-wide business objectives.

Logistics & Distribution Optimization

• Design and execute distribution strategies that prioritize speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across our various sales channels.

• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping partners, ensuring global logistics standards are consistently achieved.

• Lead the digital transformation of our supply chain processes, adopting modern inventory management systems and tracking technologies to improve visibility.

• Oversee compliance with all import/export regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards to ensure legal and operational security.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Growth

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics and procurement teams, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and proactive problem-solving.

• Prepare and manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring that all activities remain within cost targets without compromising on quality or efficiency.

• Drive organizational growth by identifying new markets for expansion and developing the supply chain infrastructure required to support those new territories.

• Act as a key decision-maker in our organizational structure, providing the executive team with insights and recommendations on critical supply chain investments.
